The Red Barn Concert has always been a very family friendly event, but this year may be the best year yet for kids. The farm has many wonders for children and whichever adult was lucky enough to be brought along with them. Just to sweeten the deal for kids, we also have a kids tent with activities.

A family story time event read and performed by local drag queens. 

Read By Queens came to Winnipeg Libraries in 2017 as a twist on regular family story time, following an international movement of similar style events in libraries across the world. We are so proud to be hosting some of Winnipeg’s finest drag queens at this year’s Red Barn Concert! This is a performance not to be missed and of unequivocal entertainment for all.

4:00pm – Read By Queens

4:30pm – Sunkids Yoga

5:00pm – Face Painting

5:30-6:30pm Horsey Rides

6:00pm – Crafting (make a wind chime)

Petting Zoo Hours: 4pm – 6:30pm
